jheath replied to your quote: The Angels didn’t attribute the firing of hitting… Honestly, and I say this despite the fact that Yadi is and has always been my favorite player, #7 is a hell of a deal. In actuality, you are right. I just don’t want to think of a line-up without him behind the plate.

Running in hilly, warm, polleny St. Louis is exhaustingly harder than flat, cool Boston - which could make for a few interesting weekends.  Doesn’t help I’ve over scheduled myself to run: 5k on Sunday, 10k on Memorial Day. Plus a 3mile walk for the Heart Assocation on Saturday. Oops.

Ignoring your phone is so much easier when vibrate is turned off. I think I’ll go back to that. (No one on my dashboard has commented on the slightly new view? Or did this happen while I was in France and it just wasn’t obviously on the iPad?)

Instead, another way to think about North Carolina’s Amendment 1: imagine you were seated next to a vegetarian in restaurant (five star or the neighborhood McDonald) and because they only eat vegetables, you can’t order the 12oz prime rib. Hopefully no other states follow suit. I also don’t really understand why same-sex marriage isn’t protected by the First Admendment...

Yes, I’m in France but still following this Albert homerless pretty closely. He will eventually hit one… won’t he? I guess the kid doesn’t perform under pressure well anymore, huh. He’s now getting booed for not producing at the plate. I don’t think STL ever booed Albert. Ever. See, he walked away from everything. I don’t think he’d be...
